Unless prior approval has been obtained from the state commissioner, all players, coaches, and bat girls (boys) will be required to attend check-in at the indicated time.  Parents are invited, but not required to attend check-in.  Tournament souvenir shirts and programs will be available for purchase at this time, at the picnic and during the tournament.

Coaches, Umpires, Officials Meeting will be at 4:00 PM immediately following check-ins.  This is mandatory for at least one coach from each team.  Bracketing will be completed prior to meeting.

Tournament Picnic:
Lamar Community College, Thursday, July 13 at 5:00 PM.  Players and Coaches in uniform get in free.  Parents and families will be charged a meal fee. All coaches and players must attend picnic and opening ceremonies.

Opening Ceremonies:
Following the picnic at 6:30 PM at the Lamar Ball Parks Complex Yellow Field

Game Schedule:
Games will begin at 7:00 PM, Thursday, at the Lamar Ball Parks Complex.  Schedules will be posted following the draw.  Warm-up fields will be designated.  Home team will use the third base dugout and visitors will use first base dugouts for all age groups.  12U will begin games on Thursday, July 13th.  10U and 16U will begin play Friday the 14th.

Gate Admission:
Tournament passes will be available at check-in and at the gate during tournament time.
